Funded by ISPT Superannuation, it is built entirely from recycled and recyclable materials, has a lightweight steel frame, straw bales as insulation, a rooftop garden to supply the kitchen and a worm farm to break down organic waste. The Greenhouse is an example of how buildings can be functional and beautiful, while leaving a tiny footprint on the earth.
